What I Hope to Learn From Taking Digital Culture

I took the online class “Digital Culture” at Stockton University because it is a class on a topic that interests me. Digital culture is ever growing and ever expanding so I figured it would be pertinent to learn about why our culture is so digitalized. I hope to learn what causes people to become so reliant on social media and any and all things digital. It is almost like people enter a completely different world when they “check out” and “log on.” I am very excited to learn about all things that have to do with digital culture; from us using the internet as a tool for daily tasks to learning about what digital and technological feats we are on our way to conquering in the future!
